Several years back, my husband and I bought a lake house. I've always wanted a house on the lake for a summer vacation home. It was great when the kids were little. Every weekend in the summer we would pack up and spend the entire time swimming, fishing, hiking, and grilling. However, now that the kids are getting older, we spend more time driving to and from soccer games and ballet practice than we do spending time at the lake.

With that said, we went up for the first time in a few months, last weekend. I was shocked when I saw the effects of hard water on my toilet, sinks, and bathtubs, they were all orange! Don't get me wrong, I was used to the rust stains in the lake house that was no surprise.  But to have rust this bad when the water hasn't even been running? I thought for sure something had to be wrong with the plumbing. How was I going to remove rust stains this bad? I couldn't enjoy a relaxing family weekend with my bathrooms and kitchen sink giving off an awful, orange glow. Something had to be done!

I went to work removing the rust stains, thinking that I would spend the greater part of the day applying and reapplying Super Iron Out to the sinks, bathtubs, and toilets. But Super Iron Out removed the rust stains with ease. It only took me about 20 minutes to rid the entire house of rust stains. So I was able to pack a lunch and spend the day on the lake with my family after all.
